Chico Recovery Center provides outpatient evidence-based dual diagnosis IOP Intensive Outpatient Programs and PHP Partial Hospitalization Programs for individuals in all stages of alcohol and substance use.
Chico Recovery Center now also provides Primary Mental Health Therapy.
Our outpatient treatment programs are based in the Chico area.

In 2020, Chico Recovery Center was acquired by Sierra Health and Wellness Centers.
We are now part of the New Start Recovery Solutions and Recovery Happens Counseling Services continuum of care.
Our outpatient drug and alcohol abuse rehab centers specialize in evidence-based and trauma-informed dual diagnosis addiction treatment.

Chico Recovery Center – Outpatient Individual Mental Health Therapy
In working with our outpatient addiction recovery patients – we identified an unmet need for primary mental health care services.
We noticed that some patients in our dual diagnosis addiction treatment programs could greatly benefit from extended individual and/or group psychotherapy.
We received requests from friends and family members of our patients for individual therapy and counseling. And we received inquiries from the general public for individual mental health care services.
As a part of our continuum of care – we are very happy to provide psychotherapy for our patients. And to provide the same quality therapy to the general public.
